Default Besides the price, how do the Stoeger 2000 & Franchi I-12 differ?

The question is pretty well in the title, but since both use the Benelli inertia system, what seperates them? Other than $255

I owned a stoeger over and under, the wood started to crack and chip fairly fast...... couldn't find chokes to save my life
