Default How do you unplug a mossberg 835??

I want to unplug it for coyote and cat hunting but cant figure it out.

never messed with an 835, but every tube magazine shotgun I've ever seen is pretty much the same. Remove the magazine tube cap, and turn the gun over. The plug should slide out the front of the magazine tube. The schematic shows a dowel in the tube, that should be the plug. Be sure to reinstall it before shooting any migratory birds!

That's how my 835 works. Just turn it over and it slides out.
