Little help on a Tikka 695 Delux ..

I have an opportunity to purchase a Tikka Delux model 695 in a 338 Cal. ..... I do not know a lot about the Tikka other then it is a lot like that Sako ... this rifle is at least 90% in condition and I can buy it for about $550.00 ... is it worth the money?
