Default How to fix up some old guns?

I was at my grandpas today and found some old .22s, both Marlins. I forgot the models, but one was a single shot bolt-actionand the other was a bolt-action that needs a clip. Both have rusty barrels but the single shot has a clean bolt and it functions smoothly with a good trigger pull. The other one is hard to work the bolt on. I sprayed some lube on it and it got a little smoother, but not good. The trigger on this one works too. How could I fix these guns up to a better looking condition? I don't wanna spend alot of money, but I would like to use them, my grandpa didn't even know they were there so he said they're mine as far as he's concerned. I sprayed some stuff thats supposed to clean gunk and rust off metal, but didn't see much impact. What could I do to get these guns in usable order?

I received my father's old shotgun (12 gauge) and his Remington 552 .22. Both were very rusty, especially the shotgun. I took some very fine steel wool and some gun oil and applied a liberal coat of oil to the metal parts and took the steel wool and very gently removed the rust. The shotgun is close to a hundred years old but you would never tell it by looking at the metal. It removed the rust almost completely. As to the stuck bolt, continue to use lube on it and gently work it back and forth and see what happens. It may take some time.
