Default Simmons Aetec Master Series

Since I know we have many Aetec fans on here (myself included) is anybody shooting the Master Series and what are your impressions?

I'd like to see them myself also.

I'd really like to see a new Redfield 3-15X52.

I'd like to know too! If they are as good, or better than my older Aetec, its gotta be a great scope for the price!

I have looked at all the shops locally. They tell me the same thing.....they can't get em.
Seems like Simmons jumped the gun, they cleared out all of their old Aetecs expecting the master series to be ready in time.

You can get them at the big internet sites like SWFA (riflescopes.com). They are running a little under $200.

Are you sure that they are actually available? Or are they just being advertised? Midway shows most of them as "coming soon". My understanding is that the Aetec Masters were supposed to be available back in September, then the introduction was pushed back to November. Of course, I haven't seen (or heard) of anyone actually successfully ordering one yet. Kind of makes me wonder if they might be having quality control problems delaying the release. Not the best way to launch an "Innovative High Performance Rifle Scope". Maybe it is time to just pony up for that Leupold VX-111 4.5x14 and be done with it.
