nikon prostaf ??

are the prostafs a good scope or is their others much better?

There are alot of scopes that are better, but not many better in the price range of the prostaffs.

The lack some of the bells and whistles but they are a rugged and very dependable scope tha will serve you well for many years. Look through one at a store and if you like what you see, buy it. You can't go wrong.

I have one, great light gathering, very clear. FOr the cash it is hard to beat. The only one i like better is the 199.00 luepold. EJ

I have one and like it alot. Great scope especially if you consider the money. Can you buy better? Sure, but you can also buy about 8 prostaffs for the same price

It's about what you want, if you can afford some good German glass, go for it.

no just a good scope thats not too much.I cant see what a 1000.00 scope would do for me even if i could aford it.

Very nice scope for the bucks involved. I have 2 and they are very bright and clear...more so than myself
