RE: changing encore barrels
there was a post about this very subject not that long ago, you could do a search and see what you come up with, i have 3 barrels for one frame and my other is a dedicated pistol frame (1 barrel), the only thing i can tell you that i do is, i index my hinge pin, so it always is in the same oreintation l/r and rotationally? in case it is out of round/eccentric, hope that helps some, BTW i always end up re-zeroing mine, as far as swapping barrels and shooting, well mine has always needed some fine tuning, not much, but some[&o], hope that helps you somewhat, best of luck
