Ballistic difference 20" barrel or 24"?

What are the ballistic differences in a 30-30 caliber between a 20" barrel and a 24" barrell. What about a 22" barrell versus 24"? (I think they make a 22") Can I find these ballistics on the net?

velocity loss from a 24" barrel to a 20" barrel for a .30-30 is about 15'/sec per inch.

The 30-30 powder case is so small that it will not benefit from additional barrel length. The only quantitative data I have seen is for the 308 based 7MM-08 which showed a total loss of 60 FPS going from 24 to 20". Now keep in mind the 08 is a larger case and the 7MM barrel will displace less volume than a 30 caliber of equal length. I would expect the 30-30 to be 15 FPS per inch or perhaps significantly lower.
