I don't own one, but have never heard anything negative about them from anyone. Most posts or discussions I've seen have been positive. Accuracy is good also from what I've read.

I don't have the 880SQ but I do own the 880S. Accuracy and function are awesome. I was hitting milk jugs filled with water at 120 yards. Squirrels and rabbits within 60 yards are dinner. I have thought about selling it and buying a 980V but keep asking myself why? It works great. I'm sure the 880SQ would be just as accurate.

I have an old 880 and have never had any problems with it. I've had several Marlins and never had any problems with any of them.
