Are you talking about rim fire or center fire bullets?

The copper plated 22 lr,if thats what your talking aboout first came out by Winshester. The called them lubaloy bullets, which stood for lubricating alloy bullet. Which was designed to feed better and help clean rifling from fouling out as much,as rimfire cartridges have a lot of carbon build up. vangunsmith

I never knew any one ever plaited .22rf bullets with brass?

All I have ever seen are either lead or copper plated lead.

I've only seen the copper plated ones so far.
Does Remington have an ad or blurb that cites teh supposed benefits of the new brass plating? New or differentproducts are usually covered pretty well my the marketing/promo people.
