Default Recticle light

Has/does anyone use(d) one of those external "recticle lights" that goes on the ocular side? Will they still work with see-thru end caps?Probably not with the Butler Creek flip-up ones, but what about the ones with the elastic strings between them?

Default RE: Recticle light

I didn't like these as well as the "Firefly" reticle that is offered on the new Bushnell 3200 scopes. I'm sure they would work with see through caps, although probably not as well as without.
