Default Sako L 691....

anybody got any experience with one?

I've got my eye on one (300 weatherby mag) and just looking for some data before I take (yet another) the plunge.

Owning one of these is like having a Lexus or Acura automobile . . .

and I take it you're a fan of the fancy Toyotas (Lexus)?

I bought it, and at least I *think* I got a good deal.

From my limited research (a few days), these 691's are popular for folks to build customs out of.

I think I'll be happy with the purchase and will report back when I recieve it (gunbroker).

razormatt,
You won't be disappointed. In my opinion, Sako is the finest production rifle in the world. I have never been disappointed with any of the three that I own. They're real gems.
