Anybody have any problems with setting the hook with the 3x baits? Some freinds of mine have mentioned that because they resist tearing, you can't get a good hook set when the bait is truely weedless. I really like the feel of these baits...I think they'd be great, if the hook setting isn't a problem. Thanks for the help.
the 3x's are the realy stretchy ones ya i seen them on a fishing show and they said that it was hard to set the hook i've never used them are they good how do you fish them because i never realy seen them.
I havent had any problem with them, if you barely poke the hook out on the other side. They do have a nice action and last longer, but I dont catch anymore fish on them over Zoom's.
