Taxidermy ?

My bro-in-law caught a nice fish on Saturday and he wants to taxidermy it. No one here has a clue as to how to do it and they don't have the $ to do it professionally. Can someone tell me step by step how to do it? It was a 7 lb. cutthroat trout.
