Why should we be so cheap in Delaware, we should have reciprocity and we probably have as good bass fishing as anyone, and some of the best surf fishing around...

stuck, are you sure montana isn't fifth. I got AK with 100, California with 82.45, Idaho with 74.50, Utah with 70, and then Montana with 67
