Well it's official. Thursday June 10th Bass Pro opened in my town. I live about 4 miles away from it. WOW is all I could muster up when I first stepped foot in there. The place is just incredible. I have tried to use some sense, but sadly to report I have contributed quite a bit to their cause. I've been there the first 3 days since it opened. I could probably go there everyday and never get bored of it. Of course I would need a second job. I'm stoked that this place is right around the corner from me.

I couldn't work there. I'd never take home a pay check. It would be spent on merchandise. Congrats!
Our nearest sports shop is 45 miles away. Boo Hoo, poor me.

you would really be impressed to go into a cabelas store then, i had been to bass pro and thought it was awesome until i went to cabelas. they are both great stores though. There is a scheels here in iowa city and it is quite impressive, never heard of it til i came here, now i go there couple times a week.
