Pearing them with waht? i personally would use my bow , and jsut shoot them if it was allowed. or make a spear from a sharpened stick that i crafted myself... but i dont see y to get suckers , usually people just kill them here cuz they r concidered ****fish. they do alot of dammage.

We have a creek here that holds suckers in the springtime usually end of april is prime time but due to our last few years of low moisture the creek didn't run that well again this year. We used to go down there with just little landing nets and wade through the water netting them. Not sure if we are allowed to spear them or not but it maybe something to look into if the water levels are up again in the future.
