Default A Dream Fishin' hole

During Deer season I was tracking a Doe. Found her. Got to walking and doing a little scouting deeper and deeper then noticed some light where it shouldn't be. Got closer and it was a Pond. About 2 1/2 to 3 acres. Heavy cover all the way around. Beautiful black rich water. OH MAN! Jackpot. I can't even imagine the action I'll get.
Come on March.
I talked to a farmer from here he said they use to swim there about 30 - 35 years ago. He said that no one has been there in about that long.
WHEW!
VIDEO TIME........might have a good show to offer.

Got the ol' 10' lowe boat out today. Checked my trolling motor. Charged my battery. Checked my live well pump.
Yep... 'bout ready.
Is it March yet?
HMMMMMM........what to use first?
Worms? Minnows?
Maybe, plastic....crank.......spinner.......popper....... broke back.....
Which to use?

Took off today to the sweet spot. It was still frozen. Thats rare for here.
Took some lops and a mashette. Done alittle clearing out so I can get in this place. Its pretty good hump back in the woods. Now I just gotta figure out how to get the Lowe boat and all the gear in there. Two man job sounds like. And a couple of trips for the gear. Well, looks like I have to share........
