The Perfect Fish Dinner

Hey Guys,

The other day I cooked up some whitefish. I have eaten whitefish plenty of times, but this was my first time cooking it. This recipe would work great for fish like walleye, pike, perch, and probably many others. I would think salt water fish like sheepshead would be excellent cooked this way!
I baked it on top of asparagus, and lemons with a home made aioli sauce on top. Sprinkled a few seasioning on it and called it good.

It literally was the best fish I have ever eaten! I didn't follow a recipe, but wrote it down the best that I could. Here is a link to my blog post that details the recipe and how to cooke it.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks,

Landon

Whitefish is a great fish on the smoker. Never tried it baked though.

I like mountain whitefish filleted and doused in beer batter, then deep fried..

you sound very creative I like that, BUT I like to taste my fish with very little help from outside sources
