My oldest son has really (finally) caught the fishing bug. Thankfully, we live walking distance to a pond, short drive to a lake, and we camp all the time at state parks.
Right now, any catch is awesome for him, but I hope he starts aiming higher than whatever will bite the hook
I'm glad for you. I wish I could go back in time and be in to fishing and hunting as much as I am now. My dad and I would probably be a lot closer than we are. So i'm always happy to hear when someone else is getting the opportunity I stubbornly missed!
