That is not a real clear picture but it looks like a chain pickeral to me.

here people refer to saugers as "jacks" and we still have chain pickeral....FWIW

I know in Lake Kissimee they catch a few Chian Pickerals and all the native Flordians call them jacks..most of our lakes do not have Chain Pickeral

Johnny..the meat is delicious but the bones are wicked..
