Default landed two this morning :barmy:

landed two this morning one was on my favorite brown/black booyah jig with a yum chuck trailer. yanked him out of the cat tails in about 1-4 feet deep then another engulphed (???) my shaky head trick worm in watermellon/green pump. my little brother tagged along this time also and ripped a huge perch out with my biggest crank bait. needless to say it was a good day

What type of line and what pound test do you use with your jigs generally?

What were the sizes of the fish?

Glad it was a good day.

i usually use braid with my jigs. i feel you can controll the jig alot better because of the no stretch and this time i was using 20 pound because i was using a light 1/4 oz jig. as i go heavier i will use as high as 50. the line also depends on where im fishing it. if im pitching in thick slop ill use 50 no matter what.

the fish were a 15" and a 13" 1 1/2-2# on both
