Default Sad day for Michael Jackson...and his family.

For borrowing a 300.00 golf cart ..and getting it returned to the owner..

Aaron will be behind bars until Thanksgiving.

no matter how ya cut it..

It's the State of Florida versus Aaron even with a documented psychological to show he has a form of Autism and a 70 IQ..grand Larcany is still Grand Larcany..and sadness has filled our home..The few friends I have are right here on the Freshwater...reason I shared..

God bless,
C7

very sorry to hear that Chuck. 4 months is a long time, especially when the punishment seems too steep when considering the conditions surrounding the event.

Little bit of good news..I'll write in outline to advoid to much to read..

When Aaron was graduating this year we found out about a state program..

He was on a waiting list and finally made it.

The state invest in about 40,000 to find a worker to work with Aaron to be independant and to find a job..they were to work with him everyday for 2 years..

They started out by doing a 1000 dollars worth of mental test...but Aaron was to promice to stay out of trouble.

Obviously ..that didn't happen..HOWEVER::::the state foun dout that aaronis in Jail..they already have money invested in him and the worker is a friend of the prosecutor..{ -; They are going to try and work something out for Aaron's good.

I just found out about this a few hours ago..I thought the state would be angry but they feel sorry for Aaron and want to go to bat for him..

Appreciate the reply partner

I am sorry to hear of this Chuck. I hope the state workers can convince the courts to knock some time off his sentence. I also hope they can help straighten things out for him. That way you and your family can have a little more peace with these issues.

Thanks Phil,

To be honest with ya..Aaron's been a real pain in the butt..I wasn't sure if my wife even loved him UNTIL this happened...{ -; When trajedy strikes it brings the gut level love out of ya..She's been crying and making phone calls and my hearts been aching and and my souls been a praying..yeah we love the little stinker. I remember Kathy , the main state worker sayhing ,"Now aaron if you go back to jail,,we are through with ya." Shucks..she's been a real God sent. She knows peolpe in high places..All this really proves how much God loves Aaron to work through us ..I sincerely beleive something wonderful is in store..

Appreciate you taking the time to respond Phil and others too. He's already been in there for about 40 days.

I'm gone out this morning to bump / drift some 10 inch worms...and to swim a jig..

Hve a great day you all,
C7

man, thats great that the woman offered to come to his aid and stand beside him for the courts. Hope it all works out for th ebest. There is a reason for everything, and this lady proves it, she could be the turning stone for Aaron. Hope it works out well.
