Pretty good week

Went out this evening for 2 hours and got this 20 1/2 inch 4pounder. This is the fish I missed on day one.LOL

AND last Sat. I got a 3 1/2 pounder and this 5 1/2 pounder..All were caught on a black rubber worm..The 3 1/2 is on video..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AvY6LgwsJQ

I went back to them reeds I pointed at when I was with you..First I fished the back pond..nothing.I only had 2 hours..At 5:00 I fished the reeds ..about 15 feet out away from the reeds I felt a fish..I thought it was a fish,,moving slow..and I could feel my worm going through hydrilla..I pulled setted the fish AS HE WAS SWIMMING TOWARD ME..] -; but I had learned a lesson erlier this year..treat each hit as it's a 5 pound or bigger bass..SET THE HOOK DECENTLY but don't break the 10 pound mono..I'm glad I did as he had swam hard toward the boat causeing magor slack in the line..She jumped up totally out of the water..and she made 2 runs before getting netted. Been a fun year so far..and they are still not bedding..but I did see a few chasing bait fish for the first time in 5 days.
I'll be there Sat..God willing, or Tenoroc..tough choice.

Can't wait until the water warms up..should be productive for all of us.. I think this year it will take 16 pounds to win the South.. ..I could be wrong { -;
I was shocked..Michael Jackson..LOL my adopted son / { camera man }was mad because I didn't buy him a license..He's a spinnerbait man .I'll pick him up a license tonight..I had to bribe him to fish with me yesterday..a bag of popcorn and coke aint a bad deal.. I'm stocked on cokes and pop corn.LOL so either him or Matt will fish with me about every outing. I plan to do my best this year. I'm looking for a 10 for the wall.I;m feeling it too
