im leaving for a fishing trip to lake of the woods an saterday will try to report back about it later

I hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip.. Whether you catch any fish or not make the best of it. The way I have always looked at it is like this.. I make the best of it I possibly can so that whether or not I catch any fish it will be a great day out on the water. Catching fish is a bonus to any great day out there.. Take care and enjoy it..
