we have a farm pond that is about 1/ cat tails and no moss or anything besides the cat tails....i havecaught no fish in this pond for years, fish days is coming up and i was wondering if i were to put about 50 catfish into this pond and use it strictly to catch cat fish out of, would it be a good habitat to grow in???the cat tails and lack of moss and the fact cows crap in it is what i mean haha thanks!!

As long as there is enough oxygen (underwater vegetation) and the water temperature doesn't get exteremly warm in the summer it should hold fish.

Sounds good to me, unless I'm missing something.
