That looks really good. I have had salmon once and it was an Italian grilled type thing it was very good.

My cousin's husband made a pretty good smoked brisket yesterday I have to admit i had a couple servings of it.

Thanks Folks,
I generally smoke about every 3 weeks..We try to eat healthy and smoking is the best way to get rid of alot of fat and please the taste buds as well..

Doing ribs with apple wood in a couple of weeks..Got a good deal on three racks of baby backs.. along with a couple more fillets of salmon

Chuck, I forget what ramp we were at, but it was lake kissimmee access from hwy-441 and 1-92 from the north end of the lake. An isolated place as we rented the r.v. there. West lake was good as I lost about a 7lber at the boat. We fished cypress lake off hwy 60 just down the road from you but the water was too shallow and went by lake marion which was too shallow too. We ended up fishing there at lake kissimee and on our way back we fished farm 13(stick marsh) and motored down to the tamaiami trail in the glades. This was during the last 2 weeks of june last year. I'm just not too sure when I can get back, but I'll be down there sometime this year. Good luck.

Bobby
