Default What Knot?

Whats your faveroite fishing line knot, and why?

I like the Trilene knot, and the Palomar knot.
One for mono, and the other for braid.

These knots work best for me.

Same here..
But which knot do you all use for fluorocarbon..I just bought the new Trilene Fluorocarbon today..10 pound test..

Pros..Seems very tough and invisable..low memory

Cons..not as bad as Vanish but still wants to jump off the spool.Does not cast smoothly off my spinning reel..I'll keep it on but will not buy another spool.
10.00 for 110 yds..which is one spool.

Overall view.
it's ok..I'd feel very confident fighting a 5 in structure or a 10 in open water..

It depends on the lure. For most baits, I use the palomar or the trilene knot. Sometimes I'll use a rapala knot, especially on hard baits without a split ring. Although on most, I simply add a split ring.
