Just a casual observation!!!
My partner Vanessa & I fish together, same gear same water, same time...
Yet she consistantly catchs bigger fish.

Guided some aussie guys up to one of my secret spots, we fished one hole that had 4 nice fish in it. Tried for one and half hours, throwing the whole tackle box in and, nothin doing.
Took Vanessa up there a week later, fourth cast ..whammo...

Have discussed this with some other guides and the opinion is that woman are more relaxed, less aggressive, and the fish can sense that.

Do we have any opinions on this subject..

When my Father, His Friend, My Wife and I go out She usually out fishes the guys 99% of the time. Go figure, maybe thats why I married her.

Or maybe we' re just more a-lure-ing! LOL!

I think it is becaused they are naturally more suttle in their presentations. It is something that us men have to re-learn. We want to go out and attack, but they don' t overfish the baits. I know that I have become a better fisherman since I have focussed on not doing to much with a bait. Just my opinion.

Well I have no scientific reasons or anything, but I have seen tons of times where the girl gets the big fish. I think it just a matter of luck/and the fish putting the " know-it-alls" in thier place. Its always pretty funny to see some of the guys reactions.

There actually is a scientific reason for this us guys have a chemical on our hands something to do with our hormones anyways (I dont remeber the name of it) fish can' t stand this smell they have done tests with trout and put one drop of this in huge aquariums and it send the fish as far away from it as the can get. Anyways we have this cehmical and women don' t so all you have to do is start touching her stuff!!! By the way Nice Fish!

Its true that women have all the luck, even in deer season aroudn here women always get the bigger bucks i dont know what it is!
