Default crapies

Anyone crappie fishing this time of the year? And what are you using? Will jigs that look like minnows work?

See the thread on the top of this page..
Minnows are great and so are small jigs such as shad darts..They can be fished on the bottom or drifted under a bobber..

not me..but I have before..They are usually the best because there is less pressure..

I'm fishing at a public management area..SUPER PRESSURE [&o]this is why my lengh is down this year. I do know one place where they are big but very hard to find them,,,this week I will flip/ pitch for pre spawning bass and drift a couple minnow for hopefully a slab crappie..
