like frog gigging with nets and high powered lights? i really want to go neudling in our local ponds, im just to afraid or getting a parasite or something. im more scared of that then a turtle lol

Nope, we gig the rivers in sw Missouri for suckers. Some people call them a trash fish but if you know how to fix them they are awesome.

Its hot here, no trash fish, just good eating. If you get a chance I suggest you try it. It takes some skill, stamina, and its fun. Im just lucky I live here and can do it anytime

Yeah, they do it alot down here off the coast of Louisiana and Texas. Gigging for flounder is supposed to be a real hoot

I jig sometimes when I go. Usually never catch any thing big doing it though just perch mostly. But it is fun when it's a slow day on the ice.
