Has anyone here used a buzz bait with success? I had one a couple of years ago, but didn' t get much....I was in a pretty bad fishing area though LOL.

I have used them and have had some luck, I have other lures that I like more. A friend of mine uses them all the time and swears by them, " to each his own"

Buzzers can be an excellent bait under the right conditions. If it gets cloudy out, my buzz bait rod comes out. While it is not one of my most enjoyable baits to use, I' ve caught limits of bass on buzzers.

I' ve had good luck with them in certain situations I fish one pond in particular where a drop off runs right along the shore i will run the buzzer within a couple of feet of the bank and the bass will come up on the drop and nail it caught some dandys that way

Among other lures,I make all my own Buzz Baits from scratch. They are great at the right time, place and weather conditions. Great on a full moon night with about 10-15mph wind. They are for the most part a BIG bass bait!!

Try them in white, black, chart with some kind of contrasting trailer - A Killer on big Bass!

Use Orange Buzz Bombs on Salmon. My experience: An expensive waste of time.

Buzz bait are a excellent bait you just need to use them right are lures are tool. Buzzbaits are great seach bait and they are mainly designed for bass but pike and musky love them to. I use buzz baits mainly for smalls in shallow water in the mornings I like white, black, purple, and chartures
