They crisped up real nice..I just read the ingredients on those two mixes that Rebel hog posted..The first incredient in both were Corn flour..which is found in the Mexican part of the store..I added 50% corn meal..the buttermilk is the main deal..It mellows the fish right out..they taste as good as walleyes..very mild yet firm..The coating was nice and crispy..This was our best yet..We had 24 fillets..there was another plate..Four of us devoured them
This ones a keeper..
