I dont know much about moon phases, but ever since I have structured my bass fishing trips around changes in barometric pressure (fronts and such) my success has increased a bunch.

Fish are dramaticaly affected by moon and fluctuating barometric pressure. The fish seem ti light up right before a storm.

Of course they do, just like deer do...

Fish bite best when the moon is either over head or under foot, they also bite best with a falling barometer, like just before a front comes through...

I fish alot by the lunar tables..sometimes they seem correct and sometimes they seem off the wall..I'd say75 % of the time they seem effective.

The3 days before the full moon and new moon are always marked as the best times to fish..
