Off Season NE. Fishing!!
Just returned from a short fishingvacation with the Wife in NE. It's really nice to be married to someone who Loves the Outdoors as much as I do.
I think she summed it up when we topped a hill looking out over the canyon where I shot my Dec. Mule Deer when she said: "The Marlboro Man doesn't have anything on us!!"
We caught a few dozen Rainbows, several Hybrid Bass, with a few Perch, Largemouth, and Bluegill thrown in also.
The weather was beautiful and a welcome relief from the Midwest muggys. It was 32 degrees when we left the Pine Ridge Area on Friday morning June 13th.
There was No Bad luck for us on Friday the 13th

Looks like a great time...Thanks for sharing
I was on the river this past weekend....well, that's where we are just about every weekend in the summer, but here is my wife with a small mouth that she caught. Notice that she has got her line back in the water and I am still holding the fish. And I wonder why she outfishes me. [8D]

North side of the Pine Ridge area in extreme western NE. Truly some of God's most beautiful country.
