Does anyone do any striper fishing below dams?

Just recently started fishing below dams.......went yesterday and it was a blast everyone caught 2 fish that weighed between 15-20pounds..........buti have a ? about what artifical lures you can use.......we used thing poppers with a bullet weight directly above them.........any suggestions????

YOur supposed to fish Below the dam....ive never had anyluck on the high side of one.

HELL YES! thats the best place to do it. use a redfin crankbait or a swimbait, live trout, or lots of other things but thats my favorite place when you can do it legally.
