Default Flood -- ruined the fising for this summer

I had made plans to do more fishing this summer but im probably going to have to change those plans. We recently got 12 inches of rain in one day causing extreme flooding in my area. While the water has went down some, it is still high with more rain coming. Guess i'll have to hit the conservation grounds stocked ponds instead of the river and other wateways.

Your right... No one else will be able to fish either...
We had a situation like that last year around here, ended up that the fishing turned out to be just fine later in the season.

Didnt mean tosound insensitive, but i didnt explain everything fully. It was a flash flood but all of the waterwas away from peoples homesin a couple of days. The only thing that still has alot of water is the fields around the main drainage ditch.
