Thats what we generally get here... pan fryers...
Morning started out scoutin turkeys and turned into a trout expedition...
All caught on salmon eggs.
ended up wrapped in tin foil with taters, onions, oranges, butter, garlic powder and lemon peel....

I seem to get a good one every year.... funny thing is, I come from a place where 6 pound and 15 pound trout are caught every day....
Come to Kansas... and this becomes a trophy...
