Well I went and saw the docs buddies today to prep me on my knee opperation and next Wednesday will be it. Having to work tommorrow so i gave the wife a break today and cooked the fish.. Here it is with the stuff ready...Alluminum foil, stuffing, onions, and a salmon...
And now fresh off the grill, I like cooking oily fish outside on the grill.. The wife likes it better like that as well.. Hopefully I will get a chance to do a little bit of ice fishing before next week.. But once everything is done and all goes well I will be able to get around and fish even more..
