Great fish and some hog bass. I have never heard of catching cats through the ice. Nice!!

Catching cats is not uncommon at all. Everything is usually active.

We were using waxies, not too much luck with minnows this year. Killing everything with a small glow jig and waxie.

Nice fish.
Things have been a little slow so far here in Vermont for everyone I've talked to. I'm determined to catch a Burbot this year,though.
