Barkley Fishing Crappie

Looking to find out how well the crappie fishing in April. We are going April 19th - 26th. Last few years we went at the end of March and seem to be early. I know it depends on weather but by April I think we should be good???

Also, one of the top 2 lakes of North America.for crappie..You are blessed.

For the past 3 years we have gone in late March and maybe found 1 or 2 crappie. Got a lot of bluegill.

So this year we are holding off til mid April. I guess it just all depends on the weather and water conditions.
