Default pond fly fishing

hit the pond with a buddy we used our fly rods and landed about 15 bream or so in about 30 minutes. then we used our bream for bait and only saw 2 bass and none hit the bream. this is so frustrating becuz it almost always works lol

Sounds like a real good time- sorry to hear you didnt get the bass tho.


( i have been realing in some small /small mouth & rock bass & had some big pike& musky come take a bite a few times- didnt catch them- but it made things more intrestingi though none the less)

thats how i learned and got hooked on flyfishing....its a blast...id catch bream and bass on buggers. cast em out..let em sink a bit and strip them in slowly...

them bream would eat anything. even flies that i tied that didnt look like anything at all lol.

all the fish in these ponds are very picky eaters actually everything is here even the catfish
