Default Mullet fishing/baiting

The mullet are starting to run up the Georgia rivers from the coast. It's legal to bait them. Several ways of baiting include, laying mash (chicken), catfish feed, dog feed, cattle pellets, you name it, it's been used. I've started catching a few each day this week over catfish (sinking) feed. Do any of you have any suggestions as to a great bait for mullet.

Thanks,
dog1
