It was a very good day on the water, other guys were out scouting for walleye. They think my friend and me are crazy for chasing rough fish. I dont even go after bass or northerns all that muchanymore.

what part of the river are you fishing? I fish alot from franconia up to 70 . always love to catch a nice big sucker or sheepshead. how did your walleye opener go?
I was just a little up from stillwater, I went after flat head catfish (dont do walleye) but a few of my friends had some luck with the eyes.
