How was yur day fishing

I caught a monster 10 inch to start out on topwater at my local farm pond (Have seen fish in there over 12 lbs) and kept poppin the ol BUG I POPPER along and had one about 2 lbs miss it. My buddy missed two on the walmart jerkbait in the grass. I cant compete with the real thing though because thousands and thounds of bream fry hatched out and they were killing it in one corner of the most snake infested pond in the world. We left early and hope to go back out soon. On a better note my cousin caught a 8 lber out of there last wednesday on a red shad worm. I eep leavin my brush hogs and log crawlers at home by accident and i know they will catch a monster out there.

i almost caught the state record bream. mine was right under 2 lbs. and i caught a 10 or so lb. channel. but no bass. i almost got some on a spinner but they all followed then turned.

Caught a lot of bass Friday and Sat. but none over 3 1/2
Buffdmac went with me. Together we boated 55 bass in 2 days...got broken off 4 times.Matt 3 and me once. Bass were suspended in deep water.
10-15 feet deep. Best lake I've fished in my entire life.
We were harassed by another fisherman in the best area. I kept my mouth shut and moved on..I'm glad we did..We found a better spot with quality fish.

friday was good, but no big fish[&o], also the BASS Elite series anglers were on guntersville so i left a bunch of stuff for the pro's to fish, saturday i went down to logan martin and had a ball, caught 40-50 fish, mostly spots (95%), the biggest fish was around 2#'s, don't know how many of ya'll ever fish for spots but they are a blast, i didn't get into any of the magnum spots, hoping i'll have them for next W/E's tournament, typically a limit of spots on this lake will weight 8-12 #'s, sometimes guys come in with 15-20, and a lot of folks catch mixed bags spots and LM's, in the past my wife has caught a spot that was right at 5 pounds, and she lost another that would have been close to the same size, my best friend caught one that weighed 5lb11oz. fishing with me one day, i have caught several in the 3-4 pound range but only 2 spotted bassover 5 pounds in my life, it almost like catchin 9 pound largemouths. still waitng on misses big, today fished guntersville alone, fished and looked at a bunch of new stuff, only caught 7-8 fish and all were small 3# and less, still a nice day to be on the water

My day SUCKED was out for 5 hours and not even a BITE!![:@]. Definitely up there with one of the crappiest days out fishing.
