Same here. The rivers are so high no one can get back to my secret spot! I guess next weekend will be just as good as the opener. That's why I went Pike fishing!

I agree with childers here and would have to agree. A fly rod with a small streamer fishing those pools at the bottom of some nice ripps witha small streamer. As the water starts dropping changing to nymphs. Good luck to you.
