Cutties are just like rainbows in like every aspect except for their slit under their throat, they fight eat, just the same as rainbows but they dont get as big. But yah if u just got a spin reel/rod a bobber and a fly bout 4 feet down would work good, try some nymphs or blood worms or San Juans you should be able to pick them up at any place that sells flies, but as for bait i say just use a worm, corn, powerbait, i find the cutties arent very into the marshmallows, but i find a nice dew worm on a hook works awesome, but what else i found works awesome for them is small panther martins with a silver blade with a yellow body with red dots or black dots on it.

yah it all depends on where this place is and depending on the regs but i know there are only a very few lakes i can use bait, cant use any in any running water.
