managed a couple today, but sadly I believe the season is coming to an end.....

Childers they look just like a rainbow trout because they are. Rainbow trout stay in the rivers their whole life whereas steelhead are lake run rainbow trout they spend their lives in the greatlakes and run up the rivers in the spring to spawn.

hunter nice fish porn. what type of rig are you using?is that a c-pin or were you using your fly rod? I live on the west side of Michigan and pinning is just starting to catch on any info or tips would be great

I use a fly rod setup. I use egg imitations and a couple small splits to get down deep on a florocarbon 6 lb leader. I don't centerpin and probably never will.
