"Error never shows itself in its naked reality in order not to be discovered. On the contrary, it dresses elegantly, so that the unwary may be led to believe that it is more truthful than truth itself."
-Irenaeus of Lyon

Yeah Russell, It was one of my best outings. I never even mentioned the ones I lost. I nearly lost a rod...I was day dreaming and a hit pulled the entire rod out of my hand . I'm going back tomorrow. The papers said our spawn has just arrived and with the full moon coming on April 2nd I figure I better be out there. MT..sorry buddy, but I fdidn't bringmy fish finder to tell you the water temperature. I had a plan and stuck with it. I fished a drop off between 2 sandbars. For all of you locals..I was fishing at Lake Legs in Tenoroc.
You see the picture...my boat is in 2 feet of water..to the right of the picture is a 6 foot hydrilla bottom drop off. I caught 7 bass right there.

to tell you the truth that is more inline with what i would expect, and that our fish would be next month and to tell you the truth our fish are not "locked" on the beds, seen several males cruising and looking, but the big females are still out on the ledges, the elite series will be here in late april, we will see what this old pond can dooo
have a great W/E fishing
