Default Day off school = FISH ON!

Well Fellas, it had been some time since I had gotten out fishing. I got 4 Northerns this weekend, 2 keepers. The panfish turned off completely and haven't been marking many. Hopefully some more before last ice.

First Pike - 34" 8 lbs. Approx.

She was a hungry one. She had that bluegill, another one much to decomposed to show ([:'(]), and the shiner. Add that to her eggs and she was a fatttttttty!

Awesome catch! I think northern are some of the best tasting fish out there. Well-worth fighting with them 'Y' bones for.
